Because our products are digital and download immediately, all sales are final. Every paid product includes a detailed preview so you can see exactly what you are getting before you buy.
If a file will not download or is damaged, contact us and we will make it right, typically by re-sending the file or providing a working copy.
Printed books are fulfilled by a print-on-demand partner; damaged or misprinted copies are replaced per that partner's policy.
